What is the cancellation policy?
Cowboy Camp tickets are non-refundable, as noted at checkout.
In the event of rain, unsafe weather, arena closures, or horse health concerns, we will reschedule camp. When that happens, all current ticket holders get first priority for the new date before we release any additional spots.
If the event date changes and you can’t make the rescheduled weekend, we’ll work with you to ensure you get priority placement at a future Cowboy Camp.
Rescheduling due to personal schedule conflicts is only offered in extenuating circumstances and is approved at the discretion of WWSC + Gibson Ranch staff.

To ensure the safety and comfort of all participants and the horses, we do not allow pets at Cowboy Camp.

What happens if we have to miss a session?
We get it! Life happens sometimes. If you need to miss a class, please let us know in advance if possible so we can schedule extra time for you during another week’s session.
However, if you miss more than 1 session, you will be required to schedule an hour long private make up ($90) in order to maintain riding privileges!

I'm interested, but 4-weeks is more than I'm able to commit.
No worries! We’re so excited to work with Gibson Ranch to offer an “express” version of Cowboy Camp: Core Skills Weekend. Find more info on SweatPals!
